Four drones in flight above a pickup truck at sunset

A company built around the tool, not the drone.

The founder, the market, and the mission behind the company.

Michael Lanctot

Founder & CEO, Fleet Dynamics

Before Fleet Dynamics, Michael spent nine years running the lead-generation business behind hundreds of millions of dollars in pest control and lawn care revenue, working directly with the operators who would become some of Fleet Dynamics' first customers.

Fleet Dynamics isn't a founder discovering a new industry from the outside. It's the same relationships and the same operators, built into a company of his own instead of leads for someone else's.

I spent years working directly with pest control & lawn care businesses. Fleet is the evolution of those relationships, built for a whole new future.

Fleet Dynamics Launches, Targeting $200 Billion in Essential-Services Markets

Fleet Dynamics today announced its official launch and a strategic commercialization alliance with YNR, linking autonomous-technology development to an established national customer-acquisition platform serving essential-services industries.

YNR's network of more than 1,000 sales professionals and managers sources tens of thousands of customers annually across pest control and lawn care — giving Fleet a built-in path from operating need to commercial deployment from day one.

Fleet

/fliːt/ — noun

Not one drone. A fleet: aircraft a business can call on the way it would call on a crew, docked and charging until the next job needs one.

Dynamics

/daɪˈnæmɪks/ — noun

Because that fleet isn't fixed. The same aircraft reconfigures for whatever the job needs next: the attachment changes before the aircraft ever would.

Fogger on route, a pest control technician working the perimeter of a property
Sprayer covering a property, base station staged in the driveway
Paint Striper laying a field line, practice running in the background
Granulator working a golf course, grounds crew on the cart path
A drone spraying a lawn in an open park

Up for everything
